Branch "Other" Text Boxes, Not "Other" Label

Q. If you use an "other" text box, the branch question puts in "other" as a selection and then also puts in whatever they typed in the other box as a separate question. Is there a way to branch on what was typed in the text box but NOT on the Other label?

A. If you do are adding an "Other" text box to a response option and intend to branch off this list, do the following:

1. Click Set Answer Options from the Main Menu.
2. Click Format Answer Options.
3. At the Other label,  click Io (Insert Options).
4. Select No Branching.

Once you click the No Branching button,  the application will not branch on the Other option but only what was typed into the text box.
