Clear Out Pre-Test Data
Q. How do I clear out my test data before going live?
A. To clear out your pre-test data:
- Click the Results option on the Main menu.
- Select Delete/Undelete Records.
- In the window, two text areas appear. From the text area on the left, drag
your mouse to select the records to delete.
- Click Save.
You can identify records by date, time or respondent ID.
