Clear Out Pre-Test Data

Q. How do I clear out my test data before going live?

A. To clear out your pre-test data:

1. Click the Results option on the Main menu.
2. Select Delete/Undelete Records.
3. In the window, two text areas appear. From the text area on the left, drag your mouse to select the records to delete.
4. Click Save.
   
   You can identify records by date, time or respondent ID.
