Client needs access to study results

Q. How do I show my clients study results online?

A. Give your clients access to the Client Access Area. Do the following:

• To add a client access password, click on the Account Administration menu. 
  

• Select Project Update. 
  
• Assign a password in the Client Access Password field.
  
• Your client can then log into the project using the Client Access button from the SurveyWriter.com home page at http://www.surveywriter.com/site/clientaccess/clientaccess.html)

• For clients to log in, they will need to enter:

  • Your Client Number
    
  • Project Number
    
  • Client Access Password
