Counting surveys

Q. When looking at the number of responses, the total number is actually slightly higher than our calculated click through rate for the survey link. What does it mean if there are no responses at all on a given line or the time is listed as 0?

A. Are you looking a the data for completed surveys or terminated surveys? Also the point at which a record is instantiated depends upon if you are using passwords or not.

If you are speaking of the terminated surveys, no data or a time listed as 0 means they were served the Introduction page or the first question put then did not advance any further. Sometimes respondents might get to the Introduction Page and hit the refresh button. This also will cause the original record to terminate and bring up a new record.
