Create Question and Check Box on Same Line

Q. How do I get a question and a check box on the same line?

A. If you would like some text to appear to the left of a check box, use a grid question.  Doing so enables you to have the form control (radio button, check box, text box) to the right of a row label. The row label will be your question text. 

1. Select Answer Grid as your Question Type.
2. Select a Row Question.
3. In the Modify Options window, check the box labeled Allow Multiple Answers. SurveyWriter places check boxes into the grid cells rather than radio buttons.
