Customize error messages

Q. Can we customize error messages? For example, if a respondent does not answer a mandatory question, or enters the same rank twice on a ranking question.)

A.  Error messages are coded into the program. The program will alert the respondent with a custom error message, for example, if a question is required or a ranking has been duplicated. There are several custom error messages already in the program.
