Delete/undelete data records

Q. How does the Delete/undelete data records function work?

A. The Delete/undelete data records function works by listing all of the respondent numbers and the date and time the survey was completed in a select window. You can then select the respondents to delete. You can do this at any time (before, during or after a survey goes live). Sometimes it might be helpful to download the data set so that you can identify which respondents to delete. We also now have an online data editor (Results Menu, Edit Records). 

You may be able to use this function to identify which records to delete.
