Q. Do I buy your software or use it over the Internet?

A. SurveyWriter.com is an Application Service Provider (ASP) and charges a small fee for each completed survey. There is no software to purchase, download, or install. The entire software application is accessed through the SurveyWriter.com web site. We provide you with an account that you access using your browser. It is much the same as accessing your software through your own internal network except in this case you use the Internet. The basic charge is $1.25 (US) per completed survey. We do offer volume discounts for single large surveys or a guaranteed number of surveys per year. There is a 200 complete minimum per project. 

Our product has a lot of great features including a built-in WYSIWYG HTML editor to make designing your survey very easy to do. A number of wizards and drop and drag controls make building complex function a very simple process. The application also includes a topline and crosstab reporting function, a charting program, and a method for you to download your data files -- all included in the $1.25 price.

We do not charge for incomplete or terminated surveys. An incomplete survey can be one where the respondent drops out, is disconnected, or has been terminated by quota controls. We do not charge to have an account with SurveyWriter.com, and there is no charge for creating a project or survey. These also is no limit to the number of questions or respondents.
