Excel errors

Q. I tried to import a SurveyWriter data file into Excel. I am getting the error message "file not loaded completely." What is happening?

A. The message "file not loaded completely" or "loaded with errors" in Excel results usually because the file you are importing has more fields than Excel can handle (256). If this is the case, you can download the data file in subsets. This is an option in SurveyWriter's Download Data File program.
